Terms of Service

Effective October 2, 2026. These terms govern your use of Growth CI, the open-source software and its optional hosted services ("Growth CI Cloud"), provided by Boiled Ocean ("we").

The software

The Growth CI package is open source and provided under its license, as is, without warranty. You run it on your own machines and are responsible for how you configure and use it.

Connected accounts

When you connect a TikTok or Instagram account you authorize Growth CI to act on that account only within the permissions you grant: uploading videos you select, reading their status and performance, and, where you enable it, reading and replying to messages you choose to answer. You must own or be authorized to manage every account you connect, and you remain responsible for the content you publish and for following each platform's terms and community guidelines.

Acceptable use

• No spam, deceptive content, impersonation, or content you do not have rights to.
• No copying other creators' content to repost it.
• No automated messaging to people who have not contacted you first.

Growth CI Cloud

Hosted features may be paid. We may change or discontinue them with reasonable notice. We may suspend access that violates these terms or a platform's rules.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost content, or actions taken by third-party platforms on your accounts.
